The NI TB-2637 (780271-01) provides the necessary routing to configure the PXI-2534 PXI Matrix Switch Module as a 1-wire 8x16 matrix. You can directly connect the TB-2637 to the front panel I/O connectors of the PXI-2534. The TB-2637 includes screw terminals that provide access to the rows and columns of the matrix.
