PXI Remote Control
The NI PXI Remote Control solutions enable engineers to remotely access, manage, and operate PXI-based test and measurement systems from external host computers. Designed to extend the flexibility of PXI platforms, these solutions allow PXI chassis to be controlled over high-speed links while maintaining system performance and synchronization. NI PXI remote control hardware supports high-bandwidth data transfer and low-latency communication between the PXI system and the remote controller. This architecture is ideal for applications where test systems must be physically separated from operators, located in secure environments, or integrated into distributed test infrastructures. PXI Remote Control is widely used in automated test systems, production test environments, aerospace and defense facilities, and research laboratories. By enabling flexible system placement and centralized control, NI PXI Remote Control solutions help optimize test system deployment while preserving the modularity and performance of PXI instrumentation.
